Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the Support Unit to the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific Program (AIFFP) on behalf of the AIFFP, is seeking a Supplier to undertake a Longitudinal Impact Study (LIS) (the “Study”) of Phase 1 of the Laitim Hauslain Project (the “Project”). The objective of the Study is to measure the socio-economic impacts achieved by the Project over a three to four-year time frame using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.

Proposals must be in English, address all of the selection criteria and follow the page limits and specified in the RFP document.

Tetra Tech International Development is seeking the services of suitably registered and qualified Architectural firms to assist with the scoping, design and supervision of reconstruction and new construction works in two hospitals and additional works at nine schools in Vanua Levu. Health and Education infrastructure experience is highly valued.

These works will be completed using funds provided by the Australian Government to the Government of Fiji following the destruction caused by Cyclone Yasa. It is envisaged that the construction works will commence in mid-2023 and be completed by 30 June 2024.

Services to be provided will include:

  • Scoping and Feasibility Study (including Cost Plan A).
  • Development of architectural designs from concept to construction drawings.
  • Preparation, submission and receipt of statutory approvals.
  • Advise the Cyclone Recovery Program on selection/contracting of contractors.
  • Superintendency services (technical advice) for the works for each project.
  • Coordination of subconsultants (structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering) as needed.

Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd, as managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Vietnam, is seeking proposals from service providers to design and deliver an Australia Awards Short Course (AASC) in Innovation and Digital transformation in Vocational Education and Training (VET) for up to 25 participants comprising mid and senior level VET managers (heads of faculties and departments), administrators, and teachers at VET institutions (both Aus4Skills partner and non-partner colleges, and colleges outside of logistics and allied sectors to enable cross-sector learning).

Following the course, the service provider will also be responsible for organising and delivering a one-day conference on Sharing International Experiences in Delivering e-learning and Digital Transformation in VET for up to 45 participants from Vietnam and other ASEAN countries.

To submit a proposal to design and deliver these activities the lead business must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia or an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2023 Table A, B and C. It is intended that a single organisation (either alone or as the lead of a consortium) be contracted to design and deliver the course and conference.

Tetra Tech International Development International Pty Ltd is seeking service providers and/or professional trainers to work with public health staff of MHMS and other stakeholders to review and revise the community health worker (CHW) training program, including the curriculum, core competencies and delivery modality.

The objective of this EOI is for the service provider to support MHMS to review, develop, document, and implement a more consolidated and structured training approach for CHWs. This will examine the role of CHWs and existing training materials and provide a pathway to equip CHWs with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to be effective agents for community organisation and social mobilisation on health, gender and inclusion issues.
