The Aus4Skills Program (formally the Vietnam Australian Human Resource Development Program), managed by Tetra Tech International Development on behalf of the Australian Government, positions Australia and Vietnam as partners in achieving the shared goal that “Vietnam can access and use high-level professional and technical knowledge skills and competencies to contribute to the country’s sustainable economic and social development, and enduring links with Australia”.

Aus4Skills Guidelines for Contracted Providers Version 5: July 2022

The Facility seeks to engage a panel (the Panel) of suitability qualified and experienced individual consultants, organisations, or companies (the Service Provider) to deliver the services (the Services) as detailed in the Scope of Services. Consultants must be Fiji citizens, have work rights in Fiji or be based in Fiji and willing to acquire work rights. Organisations and companies must be registered in Fiji or employ staff who are Fiji citizens/have Fiji work rights. As required, the Service Provider will be contracted for specific assignments to deliver the Services through a Tasking Note issued by Tetra Tech International Development (Tetra Tech), as managing contractor for the Facility.

To submit a proposal to design and deliver this short course the lead business must be a Registered Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C.

Proposals must be in English, address all of the selection criteria and follow the page limits and specified in the RFT document.
